New Feature: Drag Selection/Zooming
Drag mouse in base position track to zoom in.
Testing phase -- list o/s & browser with comments:
- Windows XP & IE 7: as you zoom, if you release the mouse while it is on a track item, it goes to the details page for that item (hgc or hgGene).
- Windows XP & FF 3.0.4: no known errors.
- Linux & FF 3.0.2: no known errors.
- Linux & Konqueror 3.5.4-18.el5.centos: the box drawn when selecting a section to zoom on is an opaque blue rather than a transparent purple.
