      • Eight years experience in biologic research, four years in immunology and cancer program, especially involving in the degradation of E2A transcription factors and their biological inhibitor Id1, two molecules involved lymphocyte development and cancer. Four years in ophthalmology research to study the function of PI-4,5-P2 and Nrf2-Trx-Trxr system in the vertebrate retina. PI-4,5-P2 is a molecule related to photon signal transduction, photoreceptor protection, retinal pigment epithelial phagocytosis. Nrf2-Trx-Trxr system is one of major endogenous redox system through its anti-oxidative stress, which participates in the repair process of oxidatively damaged lens proteins, anti retinal neovascularization, neurosensory retina degeneration, and maintains the proper function of retinal pigment epithelium.
