Outline of research interests:
At the Institute of Molecular Pathology, I am responsible for coordinating the Bioinformatics tasks related with the Epigenomics GEN-AU project. This includes the analysis of ChIP-chip and ChIP-Seq data, as well as RNA-Seq data. The main focus is on next generation sequencing and Epigenomics.
My work at the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research covered two areas:
1. Providing bioinformatics expert advise, consultancy and solutions to ongoing experimental research projects. 2. Sequence and structural Bioinformatics related software development.
